CANCELLATION POLICY

I know life happens, and sometimes, you need to cancel your appointment. If you do, please let me know as soon as possible. I require a minimum of 10 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 10 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-show appointments will be charged full price. This policy allows me to accommodate other clients who might be waiting for an appointment. There are exceptions for emergencies! I appreciate you all, and thank you!
